APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with the "Principles Regarding the Admission of Students from Abroad" of the Council of Higher Education; people who fall under the following categories will be able to submit an application.
a) Those who have foreign nationality,
b) Those who were Turkish citizens by birth, but who obtained permission to renounce Turkish citizenship from the Ministry of Interior and who certify that their underage children who are registered in the Turkish citizenship renouncement document, have a Document (Blue Card) on the Use of the Rights Granted in accordance with the Turkish Citizenship Law (Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901),
c) Those who have dual citizenship with citizenship acquired while being a foreign national and Turkish citizenship,

(i) Among the Turkish students who continued their secondary education abroad before 01/02/2013, those who completed the last three years of their secondary education in a foreign country except The Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) (including those who completed their entire secondary education in Turkish schools opened by the Ministry of National Education in a foreign country other than TRNC),
(ii) Candidates who started secondary education abroad after 01/02/2013 and completed their secondary education in a foreign country excluding the TRNC (including those who completed their secondary education in Turkish schools opened by the Ministry of National Education in a foreign country other than the TRNC),
d) Those who are TRNC nationals, reside in the TRNC, and have completed their secondary education in the TRNC, and have GCE AL exam results, and those who have GCE AL exam results by enrolling in colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005-2010.
In accordance with the "Principles Regarding the Admission of Students from Abroad" of the Council of Higher Education, People who fall under the following categories will not be able to submit an application.
1) Those who are Turkish nationals and complete their secondary education in Türkiye or the TRNC.
2) Those who are TRNC nationals (except those who have completed their secondary education in TRNC high schools and have GCE AL results, and those who have registered and trained in colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005-2010 and have GCE AL exam results),
*3) Dual nationals whose first nationality is Turkish by birth as defined in clause "b" (except for those who meet the conditions in clause "ç"),
4) Dual citizens which one of it is TRNC, (except those who have completed their secondary education in TRNC high schools and have GCE AL results, and those who have registered and received education in colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005 and 2010 and have GCE AL exam results),
5) Turkish nationals or dual nationals whose first nationality is Turkish by birth, who have studied at schools within the body of embassies in Türkiye and foreign high schools in Türkiye.
